Weinstrasse puts Schenna in its place with 4:1

Weinstraße reinforced its third place in the table thanks to the 4-1 home win against Schenna. The Unterlandlers were superior to the Burgraves in all respects and prevailed more than deservedly. For Schenna, the air in the relegation battle is getting thinner and thinner.

Top scorer Matys Goller gave the home team the lead in the first minute, but around half an hour later Schenna got a lucky equalizer. Weinstrasse defender Fabio Zadra directed the ball into his own goal. Two minutes later, Schenna could have taken the lead, but Zangrandi was denied with a penalty by goalkeeper Michael Giovanett. In the second half, the Unterlanders tightened the reins again and took the lead again with a goal from Goller (55th). In the 70th minute, Huber increased the score to 3-0. Now the Burggräfler's resistance was definitely broken and Claudio Dellasega made it 4-0 in the last minute.
