He broke the oldest U20 record

The two oldest U20 records in the annals of South Tyrolean men's athletics date back to 1973. One of them has now fallen: Manuel Antonucci improved the triple jump record to 14,63 m.

On September 9, 1973, exceptional triple jumper Alexander Ebner (SSV Bozen) achieved a jump of 14,57 m in Bolzano, setting a South Tyrolean U20 record that would stand for a very long time. Just one week later, Franz Tscholl (SC Meran) achieved a mark of 51,78 m in the hammer throw, a mark that has also never been surpassed. Until now.
