Hannes Kirchler is aiming for the World Cup standard

Italian discus champion Hannes Kirchler was the big absentee from a South Tyrolean perspective at the Winter Italian Championships and the Winter European Throwing Cup. Anyone who thought about ending their career because of this was way off the mark. The 32-year-old from Merano has geared everything towards the summer season. The goal is the World Cup standard of 65 m.
