Alex Schwazer, the race walker from Kalch, has had enough: Since the German Anti-Doping Agency (NADA) refuses to analyze the remaining urine sample from the doping control on April 26, the 2008 Olympic champion is foregoing the B sample. This likely means the 41-year-old's race walking career is over for good.

In a statement, Schwazer's legal counsel announced that they would therefore refrain from taking any further steps, as they had no confidence in the system.
