Ladurner Grand Prix in Bolzano ended

The Grand Prix finale in Bolzano also marked the end of the South Tyrolean track season. In the U16 girls' category, SG Eisacktal came out on top with 456 points, clearly ahead of SAB (418) and Südtirol Team Club (404). Among the boys, however, the SAB athletes were in a class of their own with 554 points. Lana (372) and the SAF (268) completed the podium. In the U14 age category, however, ASV Sterzing dominated, winning both the girls (439 points) and the boys (435). The four individual winners were also determined in Haslach. In the U16 girls, Smeraldie Desamour from SSV Bruneck won with 54 points, just ahead of Annalisa Goffi (51) from Val Gardena and Lene Goller (49) from SG Eisacktal. However, Manuel Antonucci dominated the boys. The flagship of SV Lana scored 67 points and won two daily victories (80 m + distance). He thus relegated the two SAB athletes Manuel Lorenzon (59) and Stefano Rossi (54) to places 2 and 3. In the U14 competition, Nina Hofer from SG Eisacktal was able to assert herself with 63 points. Local hero Angelica Flaim (58) took silver, while Johanna Herbst (54) from ASV Deutschnofen came third. Hofer (high), Flaim (ball) and Herbst (600 m) all celebrated day victories. Moritz Knoll was in a class of his own among the boys. The rider left everyone behind in the 60 and 600 m and came out on top in the overall ranking with 65 points ahead of Matthew Ibanez Orlandini (SAF Laives, 53) and Paul Kaden (SG Eisacktal, 52). U16 ace Greta Amhof also made people sit up and take notice. The Bruneck woman only took part in the 80 m sprint and long jump, where she was able to hold her own in 10.53 seconds and 5.37 m respectively.
