Preparations for the Women's Run are in full swing

A key component of the event is the communication and promotion, which has been underway for months. "After the event is before the event – planning and communication must continue throughout the year. Shortly before the race, it's especially important that participants are well informed and their questions are answered so that everything runs smoothly," explains project manager and communications expert Evi Hilpold.
Advertising banners are being printed, flags are being hung, and social media channels are being actively engaged. "This year is a very special year for us in terms of communications," says Hilpold. "At the beginning of the year, we developed a new corporate identity together with the Brixen Technical College for Business, Graphics, and Communication. Student Theresa Schatzer created a fresh logo and matching graphics for us. Step by step, we then adapted and redesigned all of our communication and marketing tools."
New homepage
A final important step was the redesign of the website, which is now online. "It was important to us that participants could find all relevant information at a glance and that registration would continue to be quick, uncomplicated, and hassle-free in the coming years," emphasizes Hilpold. The colors of the shirts will be announced soon. © Harald Wisthaler
The new homepage was adapted to the fresh corporate identity and implemented by web designer Martin Bacher, who has also been a volunteer at the Women's Run for many years. "We are proud to present our website in its new look. At the same time, it now officially presents the Women's Run as a standalone event, separate from the Brixen Dolomites Marathon – strong, confident, and unique, just like our many participants."
Over 1.200 women participate
After just three weeks, the field was fully booked: More than 1.200 women have registered and will run together for a good cause this year. "Everyone will be making a strong statement by wearing the same shirt on race day," says President Christian Jocher. "We'll reveal the color of the shirt in a few weeks – and the exclusive starter bags will also be a source of excitement this year."The organizing team, together with the numerous volunteers, is using the remaining time until the big day to prepare everything perfectly. For a unique evening dedicated to solidarity, togetherness, joy, and community. And of course, the party is not to be missed: "To all those who couldn't get a ticket – come along and celebrate with us! Starting at 20 p.m., the live band "Sitting Bull" will provide music, dancing, and lots of energy to create a great atmosphere – for women and men alike. We look forward to seeing you," Jocher invites.
