Target competition demands twice as much

With the Israeli twins Artem and Zakhar Slutski, Target Competition had to score more points in the Porsche Carrera Cup in Misano at the beginning of October. This should then work. Already in qualifying, Artem Slutski's 7th place made people sit up and take notice, while Zakhar Slutski took 13th place. Artem Slutski really struck in the two races. With a very high turnout of around 40 vehicles, he managed to place 1th in the first race, i.e. among the top 9, while he was able to improve again in the second race and achieved 10th place. His brother finished 19th and 12th. Last weekend in Vallelunga near Rome, the drivers Marco Butti, Rodolfo Massaro and the two Korean drivers Junui and Junesung Park were in action in their Hyundai Elantra as part of the TCR Italy. In qualifying, 18-year-old Marco Butti was able to secure an excellent third place, while Junui Park came in ninth place. However, the race was not crowned with success; Marco Butti had to park his vehicle due to a technical defect. Junesung Park came in a good 7th place, and Rodolfo Massaro was also happy with 12th place. In the second race on Sunday, Marco Butti was finally able to get rid of the streak of bad luck that had dogged him in the last few races. Starting from 2th place on the grid, he won 6 places straight away, and then his extraordinary talent came into play: with almost unbelievable overtaking maneuvers, he fought his way to 2nd place, which he didn't manage to achieve until the finish line - despite what was actually an inferior vehicle handed over. Junui Park came in a good 9th place, Junesung Park had to retire, while Rodolfo Massaro finished the race in position.

In the last 2 weeks, the Target Competition team from Andrian took part in 2 different racing series. And quite successfully.
