Bronze for the U15 relay at the European School and Youth Championships in Graz

Up until now, young bikers were only able to make an international impact from their junior age. That's why mountain biking lost many young talents across Europe to other sports. The International Association has reacted and is holding the European School and Youth Championships in Graz/Stattegg for the first time this year. It is a first because never before have official European championship titles been awarded for the U15 and U17 age groups in cycling. 243 young bikers from 20 nations will be competing in Austria until Friday.
