Uragano and Luca Maniezzi win the Imperial Art Prize

In front of a large audience, the rider Sara Spampatti took the first victory in the professional jockeys' competitions. The rider led Natural Wonder to victory in the Villa Tivoli Prize. Behind second-placed Swooping Eagle, another rider, the Swiss Claudia Wendel in the saddle of Zaandam, took third place.

In the Emilio Borromeo Prize over the mile, an outsider, Chumbaa, came out on top. The mare, ridden by Federico Bossa, left Brooklyn and Invincible Friend behind in a thrilling final battle.

Luca Maniezzi once again proved his class in the mile race for the Imperial Art prize. Riding Uragano, he caught up with Miss Mchenry with Franco Acosta in the saddle near the finish and secured the win. Dalton celebrated a start-finish victory in the only hurdle race of the day. The gelding from Markus Vulkan's racing stable, with the Ukrainian Oleksander Rhyzak in the saddle, fended off all attacks from the Aichner gelding Passion Return.

On the cross country course, jockey Josef Bartos celebrated his third victory in the meeting. The Czech led Beau Saonois from the Aichner family racing stable to a comfortable victory ahead of Younes (L. Neprasova) and Normandy De La Vega (G. Agus). In the amateur flat test, the Swiss rider Claudia Wendel celebrated another success. She led Zandaam to a comfortable victory ahead of Yes We Can and Fulsome.
