Timing and opening opponent: Sinner now has certainty

Attention South Tyrolean tennis fans: Jannik Sinner’s opening match at the ATP Finals has now been scheduled.

Just under two hours after the draw The organizers have announced the dates for the first day of the tournament. Jannik Sinner is up on Sunday and will face Alex De Minaur from 20.30 p.m. Sinner has won all of his seven matches against the world number 8 from Australia.


The two winners of the first group matches will then face each other directly on Tuesday - as will the losers from Sunday. Sinner will therefore face Daniil Medvedev or Taylor Fritz on Tuesday. The other group with Alexander Zverev, Carlos Alcaraz, Casper Ruud and Andrey Rublev will play on Monday and Wednesday.

The third match in the Sinner group will be played on Thursday. The semifinals at the ATP Finals in Turin will then take place on Saturday, November 16th. The grand final of the "Tennis World Championship" will then take place on Sunday. Numerous fans from South Tyrol will travel to Turin in the coming days to experience the Sinner mania live.
