Next Generation: Göller shines in U23 competition

The first of two stages of the Next Generation took place in Spresiano on Friday. The race was contested as a super sprint and counts toward promotion from the U23 category to the elite class. Lena Göller competed for the Kalterer Sportverein Triathlon in the U23 category at Lago Le Bandie in the province of Treviso. The South Tyrolean crossed the finish line in a strong fifth place after a 400-meter swim, 10-kilometer bike ride, and 3-kilometer run. Eleonora Demarchi secured the win (35:31 minutes), followed by Giada Stegani (+1 second) and Sveva Parisi (+43).
