This Saturday and Sunday, the 69th edition of the international canoe slalom takes place on the Adige River in Merano. Around 80 canoeists will compete in exciting races on the challenging alternative course. SportNews was at Saturday's races and spoke with organizing committee head Walter Weger from the Merano Sports Club about the water level, the course, and much more.
