Norwegian Johannes Høsflot Klæbo has set another milestone with his 100th Cross-Country World Cup victory.

The 29-year-old won the classic sprint on Friday in his hometown of Trondheim, the site of his six World Championship triumphs last season. Federico Pellegrino was the best Italian, finishing in 12th place. Michael Hellweger from Sarnen had to settle for 51st.

Johanna Hagström led a Swedish sweep of the podium in the women's classic sprint. Federica Cassol was the best Italian, finishing in 19th place.
