World champion Elisabeth “Liz” Görgl celebrated a home victory at the World Cup downhill in Bad Kleinkirchheim. She relegated Julia Mancuso (USA) and Fabienne Sutter (SUI) to their places. The big defeat on Saturday was Lindsey Vonn, who had to settle for fourth place in the new year after two victories in Lake Louise at the beginning of December.
