Things are starting up again in Soldeu.

After the Olympic Games comes the next Ski World Cup. A speed weekend is on the schedule for the women in Soldeu (Andorra). The first downhill training run took place on Wednesday.

The Ski World Cup continues at a rapid pace. The first race for the downhill skiers is scheduled for Friday in Soldeu. A Super-G follows on both Saturday and Sunday.

Ester Ledecka was fastest in Wednesday's downhill training. The Czech skier, coached by South Tyrolean Franz Gamper, competed in both snowboarding and skiing at the Olympic Games. Nicol Delago (+0,37 seconds) finished behind Ledecka, seemingly finding her feet on the Andorra course. Sofia Goggia (+0,43), Switzerland's Malorie Blanc (+0,46), and Austria's Ariane Rädler (+0,47) finished close behind Delago.

The Azzurre's other training results: Laura Pirovano (6th), Elena Curtoni and Federica Brignone (both 17th), Roberta Melesi (19th), Nadia Delago (27th), Asja Zenere (42nd), Sara Allemand (49th), Sara Thaler (52nd).
