Olympic ski champion in baby happiness.

Offspring at Olympic ski champion: “Hello, little one”

During her career she was crowned Olympic champion, crowning an extraordinary career. In the meantime, a ski queen has long since arrived at “life after” – and can now look forward to having offspring.

“Welcome to the world, little one”: Frida Hansdotter welcomed her second baby with these sweet words. On January 7th, the new citizen saw the light of day and made the former star skier shine. Will there also be royal congratulations? Hansdotter is the second cousin of Prince Daniel, the husband of the Swedish Crown Princess Victoria.

In any case, Hansdotter has long since left her skiing career behind. The Swede competed in her last race in March 2019 and ended an extraordinary career with a ride in Swedish costume. The highlight of this athlete's life was the 2018 Olympic Games, where Hansdotter won the gold medal in her flagship discipline, the slalom.

Hansdotter has now fully settled into her second life. The Scandinavian became a mother for the first time at the beginning of 2021, and now the second baby is following. She is also causing a stir in sports: in May 2020, Hansdotter set a record in wall sitting as part of a television show.
