Nadia Delago's next exclamation mark – with an asterisk.

This route suits Nadia Delago! On Thursday, the Val Gardena native put in another strong training session in the Val di Fassa – albeit with asterisks.

Nadia Delago impressed in the first training run on Wednesday, posting the fifth fastest time. On Thursday, the 28-year-old from Val Gardena improved her performance, finishing the test run in third place. However, Delago missed a gate and is therefore currently ranked as potentially disqualified.

Nevertheless, the speed specialist positioned herself for the downhill races on Friday (11:30 a.m.) and Saturday (10:45 a.m.). Nadia Delago achieved her best result so far this year with 10th place in Tarvisio, and now she has indicated that she is also a contender for a strong result in Val di Fassa.

Austrian Nina Ortlieb was fastest in Friday's training session, ultimately finishing ahead of Norwegian Kajsa Vickhoff Lie (+0,18 seconds) and Nadia Delago (+0,22). Laura Pirovano came in fourth (+0,31), while Sofia Goggia finished eighth. Nadia's older sister Nicol finished 16th, and Sara Thaler came in 37th.

In addition to the two downhill races on Friday (11:30 a.m.) and Saturday (10:45 a.m.), a Super-G is also scheduled in the Val di Fassa. This will take place on Sunday at 10:45 a.m.
