Nothing works in Kranjska Gora – Feller gets crystal

After the giant slalom in Kranjska Gora was canceled on Tuesday, the slalom cannot now be held either. The Slovenia races have to be canceled, which has an impact on the Slalom World Cup.

Extremely heavy rain in the past 24 hours has completely destroyed the slope. The international ski association FIS announced this on Wednesday, confirming that the Kranjska Gora races will be canceled completely.

The giant slalom planned for Saturday was canceled on Tuesday, but the slalom was brought forward by a day. Now that plan is gone too. This has an impact on the Slalom World Cup, because Manuel Feller can no longer be pushed from the top. This means that the North Tyrolean has the little crystal ball safely. In the last race of the season in Saalbach-Hinterglemm, Feller can no longer be pushed off the top spot in the slalom.
