The Italian Championships traditionally mark the end of the racing season for professional winter sports athletes. The medals in ski cross were awarded on Thursday at the San Pellegrino Pass.

Dominik Zuech is the Italian ski cross champion. The athlete from Lana prevailed on Thursday at the San Pellegrino Pass, securing the gold medal. The South Tyrolean won ahead of Edoardo Zorzi (silver) and Federico Tomasoni (bronze). Italy's ski cross star Simone Deromedis, who won Olympic gold in Milan-Cortina, finished fourth.

Andrea Chesi won the gold medal in the women's competition. The athlete from Trentino finished ahead of Nathalie Bernard (silver) and Mayra Zanvettor (bronze).
