On Saturday, January 25, 2025, the 12th edition of the Carezza Trophy will take place - a night-time ski touring race that attracts ski mountaineers from near and far to Welschnofen below the impressive Rosengarten.

Participants can choose between two routes: a shorter variant with an altitude difference of around 550 metres, which leads from Welschnofen to the Frommer Alm, and a longer, more challenging route with an altitude difference of around 1.400 metres, which runs over several ascents and descents to the Tschein mountain station, to the Franzin Alm and back to the Frommer Alm.

The race starts at 18 p.m. in Welschnofen, and the athletes have the opportunity to leave their backpacks before the start, which will then be transported to the finish at the Frommer Alm. The race office is also located at the Frommer Alm.

The Carezza Trophy promises an unforgettable experience under the starry sky and offers a challenge that will make every ski mountaineer's heart beat faster.
