The azure blue snowboarders once again attracted attention on Saturday at the World Cup in Yanqing, China – this time, however, it was not the South Tyrolean athletes, but a Lombard and a Trentino athlete in the men's category and Lucia Dalmasso from Belluno in the women's category.

Maurizio Bormolini was only defeated by the Slovakian Tim Mastnak in the final of the parallel giant slalom. The Lombard had previously defeated the Austrian Andreas Prommegger in the semi-final.
