Big celebration in Langtaufers for junior world champion Edwin Coratti
Big celebration last night in Langtaufers for the new junior snowboard world champion Edwin Coratti. The 19-year-old won two medals at the Junior World Championships in Wanaka in New Zealand last week: On Thursday he surprisingly won gold in the parallel giant slalom ahead of Konstantin Shipilov, followed the next day by silver in the parallel slalom. In the final he only had to admit defeat to the Russian Dimitriy Bazanov.
