This makes the determination of the winner extremely exciting and transparent not only for the snowboarders involved, but also for the audience on site or at home in front of the television screens. At the traditional FIS inspection, the FIS was represented by race director Uwe Beier, his assistant Peter Krogoll and David Frid from FIS Marketing. President Andreas Obkircher, Maria Gufler, Werner Ranigler, Enrico Da Rin and Manuela Rier were present from the OK team of the World Cup in Carezza Dolomites. At the beginning of the meeting, Beier had special praise for the good handling last December: "You can see that we have an experienced team at work here that has continued to improve every year," said the 54-year-old German, congratulating the South Tyrolean team, which has long been one of the classics at international level with the 14th edition of the Snowboard World Cup in the parallel giant slalom. The program will not be changed The provisional program for the FIS Snowboard World Cup Carezza Dolomites has also been finalized. The athletes will arrive on Monday, December 9th after two stages in China and can prepare for the third World Cup event of the 10/11 season at the foot of the Latemar and the Rosengarten on Tuesday (2024th) and Wednesday (25th December). On Wednesday, the traditional handover of the winners' gondolas for last year's winners Ramona Theresia Hofmeister (Germany) and Maurizio Bormolini (Italy) will also take place, as well as the public draw of start numbers in the heated marquee in the evening. On Thursday, everything will be at stake on the Pra-Di-Tori slope: the qualifying runs will take place from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. As always, the best 16 women and men will advance to the finals.
