Manuel Quinziato finished in the top 50 in the road race

Peter Sagan defends his world title – Quinziato 46.

Peter Sagan is road cycling world champion for the second time. The Slovakian won the men's road race in Doha ahead of the British Mark Cavendish and the Belgian Tom Boonen and thus defended his title from the previous year. Manuel Quinziato from Bolzano finished the race in 46th place.
