Mahomes saves Chiefs to NFL semifinals

The team around quarterback Patrick Mahomes beat the Houston Texans 0:24 in an entertaining game despite a 51:31 deficit and will face the frightened Tennessee Titans at home in the round of the last four on January 19th.

The Titans eliminated the Baltimore Ravens, the best team in the regular season, on Saturday. In the first round of the playoffs, Tennessee defeated the New England Patriots led by star quarterback Tom Brady.

A few hours later, the Green Bay Packers secured the last ticket for the semifinals of the playoffs in the National Football League. Green Bay won against the Seattle Seahawks 28:23 on Sunday evening (local time).

The Packers already led 21-3 at halftime after two touchdown runs by running back Aaron Jones and a catch by Davante Adams. Quarterback Aaron Rodgers, whose offense didn't lose the ball, managed another touchdown pass to Adams in the second half.
