10 gold medals at the Italian Championships in Sicily

The Junior and Under Italian Badminton Championships took place in Catania and South Tyrol won 10 titles (out of 20 possible). South Tyrol was thus chosen as the best region in Italy. The best club was once again ASV Mals with 8 Italian championship titles – this for the 11th time in a row. One title goes to SSV Bozen and one to ASC Berg.
