This became clear in September. Anna Hell (Badminton Überetsch) won silver in the U15 singles at the Slovenia Youth International. She then made it to the round of 15 in doubles and among the top 32 in singles at the UXNUMX European Championships in Spain.

Marco Danti (Überetsch) and Ruben Fellin (Sport Promotion Bolzano) won silver in doubles at the Croatian U17 Open. In the summer, Hell, Fellin and Sofia Galimberti (Überetsch) were able to celebrate medals at the Bulgarian U17, another Badminton Europe tournament. From today Hell and Co. will be playing at the Junior and Youth Italian Championships in Bolzano. 180 young hopefuls from 10 regions will be at the start, including around 15 players who are training at the SBS. After 2001 and 2015, Bolzano is the venue for the title fights for the third time. The games are played in the town hall in the age groups U19, U17, U15 and U13. Today the game is played from 15 p.m. to 20 p.m., and all day on Friday and Saturday. The finals take place on Sunday from 9 a.m.

The SBS has at least 10 medal candidates. In addition to those mentioned above, there are Tobias Andergassen and Julia Kostner (Überetsch) as well as Katharina Kössler and Margot Barbosa (SSV Bozen). Marco Danti even won all three titles in the U17 last year (singles, doubles, mixed).
