Heartbreaking: Shiffrin devastated
For almost five years it seemed to be the law: Mikaela Shiffrin won slalom gold at a major event. But in Pyeongchang, the 22-year-old American not only missed out on first place, but also missed out on the medals. The pain afterwards is great.

I can understand Shiffrin, she also had different expectations, justifiably so, but our skiers probably believe that the medals are waiting for them just because they come from Gais or St. Vigil because you can only say that there was nothing except expenses.
