Hopeful Salah in the Egyptian squad despite injury

As the Egyptians announced, the Liverpool FC hopeful will not train with the team until June 9th, but will be treated individually on his shoulder.

Salah, player of the year in the English Premier League, suffered an injury to his left shoulder in a duel with Spaniard Sergio Ramos in the Champions League final against Real Madrid (26:1) on May 3th and was out after 31 minutes been replaced.

The association had already announced last week that the superstar would definitely be at the World Cup. It is not yet clear whether the 25-year-old will return for the opener against Uruguay (June 15) or in the following games against Russia (June 19) and Saudi Arabia (June 25).

Before leaving for Russia, the Egyptians play an international match against Belgium (June 6th).
