Silandro: Thiago Braz da Silva wins with a sensational 5,90 m

Thiago Braz da Silva won the 2000th international pole vault meeting in Silandro on Friday evening in front of around 15 spectators with the new course record of 5,90 m. The 22-year-old Brazilian prevailed in the world-class field ahead of the Greek Konstantinos Filippidis (5,65 m) and the Portuguese Diogo Ferreria (5,55 m).
