Frenzel lives up to his role as favorite – strong performance from Runggaldier

The German Eric Frenzel was able to live up to his role as favorite in the first medal decision of the Nordic Combined on Wednesday and won his first individual medal at the Olympic Games. Lukas Runggaldier from Val Gardena also showed a strong performance. He gained 14 positions in cross-country skiing and finished the competition in an excellent seventh place.
