Russian triple victory over 50 km - strong performance from Roland Clara

On Sunday morning, at the end of the Olympic cross-country skiing competition, the men's 50 km mass start race in the free technique was on the program. The hosts from Russia celebrated a triple success. Gold went to Alexander Legkov, who came out ahead of Maxim Vylegzhanin and Ilia Chernousov. Roland Clara from Reischach also showed a strong performance, finishing the race in eleventh place. David Hofer from Val Gardena was five places behind in the ranking.
