Wendl/Arlt on course for gold – South Tyroleans in waiting position

At the Sanki Sliding Center in Krasnaya Polyana today, Wednesday, everything looks as if the German lugers will pick up their third gold medal in the third competition. The two South Tyrolean duos, however, are in seventh and eighth place after the first round.
