Hubertus von Hohenlohe at the start in the giant slalom

Hubertus von Hohenlohe took 75th place in the qualification for the World Cup giant slalom in Cortina d'Ampezzo on Thursday. The son of actress Ira von Fürstenberg and grandson of the former Austrian prince Max Egon zu Hohenlohe-Langenburg, who is competing for Mexico, missed the sporting participation criterion, but thanks to a generous rule he still made it into the main competition on Friday.
