David Thöni wins the first “Athlete Vertical” in Innsbruck

David Thöni from Gossensass won the first athlete vertical run from the Hungerburg to the Seegrube in Innsbruck. The nephew of ski legend Roland Thöni was able to prevail against the Sistrans ski mountaineer Philipp Brugger and Andreas Seewald from Lenggries in Bavaria. The women's championship went to 21-year-old Johanna Erhart from Schladming.
