The individual athletes started in Bolzano at 09.00:09.30 a.m. in twelve races, the teams at 2.046:18,5 a.m. Because of the thick fog, the finish had to be moved to the Feltuner Hut (1800 meters). The racing commission made this decision in the interest of the health of the athletes. This year we had to overcome XNUMX kilometers and XNUMX meters in altitude - first on foot, then on skis.

In the Men (overall) Andreas Reiterer from Hafling was the fastest. The 26-year-old won with a time of 1:51,38 hours. He was 5,53 minutes faster than Roland Osele from Meran. Ivan Paulmichl from the “Boa Running Team” crossed the finish line in third place.

In the Women (overall), 28-year-old Sandra Stuefer won with a time of 2:10,48 hours. The woman from Sarnen created a sensation. She defeated Annelise Felderer from Sarntal, the winner of the Horn Attack 2016 and 2017, with a lead of 1,08 minutes. Eva Maria Gatscher from Bolzano came third.

Relay of two “Team Geo 3” won the men’s relay competition with last year’s winner Hannes Perkmann (running) and Norbert Holzmann (skiing) with a total time of 1:45,11 hours. The fastest women's relay team was the “ASV Gherdeina Runners” team with Edeltraud Thaler (running) and Manuela Perathoner (skiing) with a time of 2:15,19 hours. In the mixed relay, the “Loacker 1” team with Andreas Öhler (running) and Elisabeth Hofer (skiing) took victory with a time of 2:06,44 hours.

Relay of three For the first time this year there was also a three-person relay. In the men's category, the “Nobody is Perfect” team with Alexander Rabensteiner and Martin Mayrhofer (running) and Karl Pfattner (skiing) won with a total time of 1:51,09 hours. The women's relay team “Vinschger Wind” with Hermine Reinstadler and Sabine Unterer (running) and Edith Gasser (skiing) won with a time of 2:31,19 hours. The fastest mixed relay was Annemarie Gross and Ulrich Gross (running) and Patrick Gross (skiing) from the “Südtirol Ultra Skyrace Team Telmekom” team with a time of 2:06,40 hours.
