The starting signal for the “Red Bull X-Alps 2013” will be given in twelve days.
The countdown has begun: In exactly twelve days, namely on July 7th, the sixth edition of the toughest adventure race in the world starts in Salzburg, in which 32 athletes from 21 countries have to cover over 1.000 km only on foot or by paraglider. The destination is the port of Monaco. On their way, the extreme athletes have to pass a series of prescribed milestones. Among the participants are the three South Tyroleans Andy Frötscher, Aaron Durogati and Peter Gebhard, who answered questions from the media at a press conference at Bolzano Airport on Tuesday. SportNews briefly introduces the three local extreme athletes.
