New mega project for Simon Gietl

The two are considered a well-rehearsed team on the rock. Their rope team last proved itself in 2017 when the two mastered the new route “Shiva's Ice” on Shivling (6543 m).

Your way up follows the classic Comici-Dimai route.

There are another 117 kilometers of bike riding ahead until you reach Kals, the starting point for Austria's highest mountain. The Großglockner represents their final challenge as part of their North3 project. Their schedule calls for them to reach the summit of the Großglockner around late noon on the second day. The way up leads through the north wall. Finally, the descent remains to the Lucknerhaus. Time will most likely stop there at around 19.00 p.m. and your urge to the next mountain will stop.
