South Tyroleans continue to dominate the Transalpine Run

The third section of the Transalpine Run was originally supposed to lead to Prettau. However, due to poor weather conditions and snowfall on the Birnlücke, the organizers decided to change the route in the morning to ensure the safety of the participants. Today's stage took place on a shortened, 3 km long alternative route around Neukirchen am Großvenediger. However, this did not dampen the South Tyrolean participants' will to win: they won again in three categories and secured two podium places.
