Top line-up at the Ötzi Alpine Marathon

At the weekend, the attention of extreme athletes is focused on the Ötzi Alpine Marathon. This will take place on Saturday, April 20th. The long-distance race takes place over 42,195 km and 3266 meters in altitude from Naturns via the Senales valley to the Grawand to the mountain station of the glacier cable car. Many top athletes are at the start. A total of eight competitions were held between 2004 and 2012. In 2010 the South Tyrolean Extreme Marathon had to be canceled due to bad weather.
