Bayern are shaking their way to the top of the table

The defending champion won 3-2 against the newly promoted team on Saturday and took over the lead in the Bundesliga due to Leipzig's defeat against Schalke. Three days before the Champions League duel at Tottenham Hotspur, Serge Gnabry (15th minute), Coutinho (55th) and Robert Lewandowski (79th) scored the goals for Bayern in front of 15.000 spectators in the sold-out Benteler Arena.

Despite a strong fighting performance, Paderborn is still waiting for its first win of the season in the league. The goals from substitute Kai Pröger (68th) and Jamilu Collins (84th) caused huge celebrations, but in the end they were not enough.

Lewandowski's third goal wasn't the deciding factor either because Collins shortened the score again. But there was no longer enough for the newcomer. The Royal Blues celebrated a 3-1 win at the Red Bull Arena on Saturday and drew level with the Saxony club on points.
