The fools are on the loose

In Cologne, 50.000 spectators celebrated the Billy Goats' victory in the Rhenish derby against Borussia Mönchengladbach. Another “ghost game” took place in Leipzig. Our columnist Sigi Heinrich follows the confusing and confusing events with a dunce's cap on his head.
