Gladbach professional Jonas Hofmann set the scene for the Bundesliga matchday in the evening game at Eintracht Frankfurt: the game was already as good as decided. Gladbach led 3-1. In the 84th minute, Eintracht keeper Kevin Trapp, who stormed out, was defeated again. But somehow defender Martin Hinteregger managed to defend the empty goal. Gladbach's Hofmann took the scene with humor in the subsequent Sky interview, but was aware: "It's quite embarrassing."
