Because of celebrating with fans: DFB initiates proceedings against Mainz

According to a report in the Allgemeine Zeitung, the control committee of the German Football Association has initiated proceedings against FSV Mainz 05. The DFB confirmed this at the newspaper's request, it said in a report on Thursday.
