Cardiff is appealing the case before CAS

As expected, the English second division football team Cardiff City has appealed to the International Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in the case of Argentine football professional Emiliano Sala, who died in a plane crash, against the decision of the world association FIFA. Cardiff had already announced its plan in October.
