Tied up & robbed: Horror night for Italy's number 1

Italy's national soccer goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma experienced a truly horror night: the keeper was tied up and robbed in Paris.

For Donnarumma and his girlfriend Alessia, Friday night was a terrible one. The couple was robbed in their home in Paris. They were tied up by several people and were even subjected to violence. This is reported by the Italian news agency HANDLE.

According to rumors, the value of the robbery is said to be 500.000 euros. Donnarumma and his fiancée then managed to escape. At around 3.20:XNUMX a.m. they found refuge in a luxury hotel - near their home in the eighth district. From there, contact was made with the police, who began their investigation. Gianluigi and Alessia, however, were taken to hospital for treatment.

Donnarumma has been living in the French capital for two years. There he plays for Paris Saint-Germain. The now 24-year-old previously spent a long time in goal at his training club AC Milan. The Rossoneri fans no longer have a good relationship with Donnarumma. They accuse him of being obsessed with money. Donnarumma has already appeared between the posts 54 times for the Italian national team and won the European Championship with the Azzurri two years ago. The Buffon successor was named the best keeper of the tournament.
