St. Pölten fires coach Popovic

Ranko Popovic, another coach in the Bundesliga, lost his job at the end of the season. As SKN St. Pölten announced on Thursday, the Serbian native was placed on leave following an internal analysis of the past season. A successor should be found by the start of training for the Lower Austrians next Monday.
