After Reyes' death: Real Madrid signs son

The ex-professional's filius announced this on Instagram. Jose Reyes Lopez wrote under several pictures on Instagram that show him on the Real club grounds: "I am very happy and proud to start a new chapter at Real Madrid." The young player will be in the U13 team next season the Royals appear.

After the death of Jose Antonio Reyes, Real President Florentino Perez had already announced that he wanted to look after his son within the club until he turned 18. According to Spanish sports daily Marca, Reyes-Junior's transfer was agreed before his father's death.

Jose Antonio Reyes played for Real Madrid in the 2006/2007 season and scored 30 goals in 6 competitive games. He died in a car accident at the beginning of June.
