Betting scandal in Spain

A betting-fixing scandal has rocked Spanish football. As several media outlets consistently reported, several players from the 1st and 2nd leagues were temporarily arrested on Tuesday as part of a police raid on suspicion of match-fixing. The police confirmed a corresponding operation to the French news agency AFP.
