A Serie A club visiting the Pustertal

Traditional club FC Bologna is returning to South Tyrol this summer. The Italian first division team has already been a guest in Castelrotto in the past, and is now heading to the east of the country.

The Gitschberg-Jochtal holiday region welcomes prominent guests in July: Bologna's footballers around Austria's star striker Marko Arnautovic and ex-Inter player Gary Medel will complete their season preparation in Vals. The Czech national team, Ingolstadt and SPAL, among others, have trained there in the past.

Bologna will set up its training tents at the entrance to the Pustertal on July 13th and sweat there for nine days under the instructions of coach Thiago Motta. As part of this preparation phase, several test matches are also planned, which will definitely be scheduled in the coming weeks.
